Who am I?
Trained as a biomedical engineer (UCLouvain, 2016), I started my career as a Research Assistant at UCLouvain's Telecommunication Lab — building a pilot Diabetes Remote Monitoring and Management System to bridge the gap between patients, healthcare professionals, and laboratories. That work, supported by a FEDER grant, sparked a lasting interest in digital health and patient empowerment.
It led me to cofound MedC2, a medtech startup where I helped build ePRO platforms and decision aids for cancer patients — later acquired by Comunicare. After two years supporting non-profits with digital transformation at Bruxeo, I came back to hands-on engineering: building an analytics dashboard for the Ghostly rehabilitation study at VUB. Currently at Gate 16, I work on GIS web solutions for Brussels Mobility and explore R&D around RAG systems and agentic AI.
On the side, through my small web agency Pwablo, I try to promote more sustainable approaches to web design.
